condition: has been completely refinished to new by Tiffany's service center in New York. Looks like new.

sizing: Size 4, on the sizer it will show much smaller because of the square size but my finger is 4.25 and I can just slip this over my knuckle making it a size 4. Cannot be resized due to the design.
